How can Kibaki defend Kenya from Al shaabb if he doesn’t even have balls to tackle Museveni on the tiny Migingo ..oh how abt hundreds of Turkanas who have been slaughtered this year and their livestock taken by Ethiopians !? To Kibaki, if Cenral is safe , he’s all set .what a wuss !
